本研究使用聚乙烯醇和聚環氧氯丙烷為高分子薄膜基材改變不同摻合比例,並吸附氫氧化鉀電解液成為鹼性高分子電解質薄膜,其導電度可達 10¯² S/cm以上,並再與金屬鋅陽極和空氣陰極,組成電容量1476mAh的鋅金屬燃料電池,在C/10放電速率下,電池利用率可達將近90%以上
This study is investigated the blending polymer electrolyte thin films based on PVA/PECH through varied the blending ratios of PVA:PECH. The ionic conductivity of the alkaline PVA/PECH blending polymer electrolyte thin film was over 10¯² S/cm after absorbing KOH electrolyte. The solid-state Zn-air battery comprised of Zn gel anode and the air cathode was assembled and tested with the capacity of 1476 mAh. The utilization percent of battery was found over 90% at C/10 discharge rate.
