藥物濫用的現象是臺灣社會的隱憂，耗損著藥物成癮者的健康、經濟、人際關係、社會功能以及家庭關係。戒毒所涉及的層面需要包括生理、心理以及家庭關係的重建。尤其是藥物濫用者的家庭是吸毒問題存在與維持的舞台，家人是付出者，家人也是受害者，因此，戒毒輔導不能單單關照戒毒者的需要，而無視於家庭長期以來的痛苦與無助。戒毒者終究要回到家庭去重新開始他們的生活，如果家人沒有做好準備，原來的問題沒有解決，環境沒有相對的修正與調整，戒毒者很難維持戒毒成效。目前對於藥物濫用的戒治重點仍多集中於戒治者身上，文獻上及實務上鮮少有對於藥物濫用家庭的探討和關注。社會工作的協助焦點是雙重焦點（dual focus），也就是改變個人和改變環境是一樣重要的。本文試圖從社會工作者的角度關切藥物濫用者的家人，採用家族治療理論來解析藥物用者的家庭關係、家庭角色、家庭系統、共同依賴關係以及藥物濫用行為維持的可能因素，並試圖提出對家庭與實務工作者的建議。

Drug abuse is a serioiusly social problem. The causes of addiction are related to their family relationship and codependency. Most of programs are focus on helping addicts but neglect their famliy. The purpose of the article is to know what dynamic in addicts with their family. First of all, there are many high risks leading people become drug abuse addiction. The factors consist of low social economic status and broken family and many conflicts of family. Besides, Family always try to protect their patient and avoid people to find they are in the trouble. These family's reaction about drug abuse are depressed, confused, lonely, tired, anxious, angry and isolate. Secondly, in order to explore family, the author use the perspective from structure theory of family and multigenerational family theory and system family theory in the article. In Summary, the discovery of the research can promote the quality of service for addicts. Family need psychosocial support and resources, including spiritual, financial, social support. Furthermore, medical social work should teach people how to present their feeling about each other and improve their relationship. We must save the patient and save their families from suffering drug abuse.
