現今許多學生對於學校學習漸行漸遠,根據Krypain和Feldhusen所說,“ 有效的教學需要能了解老師與學生關係的本質”老師不能強迫學生學習,老師們所能做的是創造一個環境,此環境讓學生能從中得到助益,近來師生互動關係愈來愈受到重視,因為此關係對學生學習有很大的影響。 本文將探討老師與學生之間語言和非語言之間的互動,同時作者亦討論如此的互動對師生關係的影響及其對學生學習的影響。
Nowadays many students report mounting alienation toward school and learning. Effective teaching, according to Krypain and Feldhusen (1977), requires an understanding of the nature of the relationships between the teacher and the student. Teachers cannot force pupils to learn; what they can do is to produce an environment where pupils will find conducive to learning. Interaction between teachers and students has been emphasized recently, because the relationships between teachers and students do, in fact, influence the students' leaning, for better or worse. This paper will highlight some verbal and nonverbal interaction of teachers with their students. Then the author will discuss bow the nature of interaction influences the relationships between teachers and students and affects students' learning.
