題名:督導區辨模式之督導內涵分析--以一位受督導者為例

來研究是根據Bernard的區辨模式為框架,運用輸入/結晶分析方法,來分析一學期的督導歷程。研究結果發現,有關督導角色部份,出現最多的為諮詢者的角色。有關督導功能部份,出現最多的是歷程化技巧,次為概念化技巧。有關九種督導策略介入的情形以教師-歷程化、諮詢-概念化和諮詢-歷程化等三種督導策略為主。從督導過程也發現督導者歷程化和概念化相互交替的介入,是有效的督導策略。最後研究者根據研究結果提出建議。
This study is based on Bernard’s Discrimination Model to analyze the supervision process in a semester. Immerged/Crystallized analytical method is used to analysis all data. Concerning the role of supervision, consultant is found most. Concerning the function of supervision, procession and conceptualization are found most.. Teacher/procession、consultant/conceptualization and consultant/procession are main strategies in the supervision process. Suggestions are made according to the study results.
