     許多教育工作者積極從事創新教學的行動研究,發現歷程檔案不僅是有效可信的評量依據,更是助長教學的一個強而有力的工具,它既能結合評量與教學,供教師反覆檢視教學效果、掌握真實豐富的學生進展,又能刺激學生多元智慧、不同學習面向的成長。國內歷程檔案相關研究的對象絕大多數都以師資生、大專學生和小學生為主對象,歷程檔案教學評量在中學施行的狀況,我們所知有限。本文主要目的是報告歷程檔案教學評量在國中英語實施的一個研究實例,並分析討論其成效及困境。參與研究的師生為嘉義市兩班國中一年級的學生及其英語教師。研究方法質量兼具,資料來源包括教師訪談及省思筆記、課室觀察記錄、學生學習歷程檔案、及期末學生問卷調查。結果顯示:(一)多數學生贊同歷程檔案的教學評量設計;(二)教師觀察到學生主動參與、成效多元、獲得學習自主;(三)實施過程問題主要來自傳統考試文化;(四)專業互助及課程調整為紓困因應之對策;(五)檔案「教學」效益大於「評量」。論文最後提出教學及政策建言。
