題名:個別化教育計畫實施現況及內容檢核之研究--以高雄市國小啟智班為例

本研究主要目的在以高雄市國小啟智班為例,了解個別化教育計畫之實施情形、面臨的困難與問題;並經由內容檢核,分析高雄市國小啟智班教師所編寫的個別化教育計畫之內容與格式、完整性、一致性及有效性。 研究者以自編之「個別化教育計畫實施現況調查表」及「個別化教育計畫內容檢核表」作為蒐集資料的工具;研究對象為高雄市國小啟智班之教師及已執行完畢的個別化教育計畫,回收之教師調查表77份,個別化教育計畫77份,有效回收率皆為83.7﹪。教師調查表及個別化教育計畫檢核結果所得資料,以百分比、次數分配等統計方法加以處理分析,其研究結果如下: 1.個別化教育計畫使用情形:國小啟智班教師使用過個別化教育計畫(下稱IEP)且目前仍繼續使用者高達100.0%,而87.0%之教師使用電腦設計IEP。 2.個別化教育計畫實施現況:77.9%的教師有照刊IEP會議,而57.1%的家長參與IEP 的擬定,僅有37.7%的教師運用專業團隊合作的方式擬定IEP,64.9%的教師在開學一個月內完成IEP的擬定;94.8%的教師認為IEP與教學有結合,54.5%的教師認為IEP 對教學有幫助,75.3%的教師認為IEP能符合學生的需要,而74.0%的教師認為IEP能明確的評量出學生的能力;72.7%的教師擬定一份IEP 的時間平均需要4 小時以上,而54.5%的教師評量一份IEP 平均需要30分鐘以上。 3.實施IEP過程中較困難的項目,依序是:因行為問題而影響學習者其行政支援處理方式、特殊教育及相關專業服務、能參與普通班的時間及項目、身心障礙狀況對其在普通班上課及生活之影響、轉銜服務之內容等。 4.實施IEP過程中面臨的問題,依序是:缺乏專業團隊的協助、教學負擔太重、易流於書面資料與教學脫節、IEP的擬定缺乏連貫性、家長的配合度不高等。 5.實施IEP過程中最需要的幫助,依序是:提供IEP電腦軟體、提供專業團隊的協助、減輕教學的負擔、提供固定或簡化的表格、提供參考範例等。 6.就IEP之基本內容檢核結果,出現比例最高的是:學生基本資料、學年教育目標、學期教育目標、 評量結果和學生現況描述等。 7.IEP樣本之平均頁數為33頁,紙張大小是以A4為主,格式以直式橫寫為主。 8.全體IEP樣本之完整性為63.3%,一致性為98.8%,有效性為60.2%。
This thesis reports an investigation of the implementation and the content check of Individualized Education Programs (IEP) in MR classes in primary schools in Kaohsiung City. The investigation informed the researcher of the difficulties and problems encountered by teachers in the research sites. It also revealed the effectiveness of the IEP. The investigation was conducted on 92 teachers in MR classes in primary schools in Kaohsiung. 77 valid responses were solicited, which represented a response rate of 83.7 percent. Policy suggestions are proposed following this investigation.
