It is an important skill for lifting in the volleyball movement, it coordinates and exerts oneself all over, a technological movement through the elasticity of fingers and wrist meeting ball head-on. There are a lot of ways to lift in the volleyball games, that jump-lifting is one kind among them. Therefore, this study analyses and researches to several links of the characteristic, function, movement skill analysis, training method and point of attention on jump-lifting, make use of it in order to improve the domestic volleyball skill and strategy level as soon as possible, make it master and use jump-lifting skill more quickly.
