     本研究企圖以文獻資料進行整合模式的建立,整合研究模式中影響買方使用電子市集的因素包括四大構面:產品因子、買方因子、電子市集因子、外在背景環境因子等。研究方法採用多重個案法來分析相關因子的關係,研究結果將能提供企業使用電子市集的參考,並提供電子市集建構者指引,以及提供未來研究相關議題的人更完整的研究架構。
     Drawing on theoretical and empirical research, we developed a research model and explored the relationships by multiple cases. By case study, this study interview some electronic markets in Taiwan in order to understand these issues including the adoption phenomenon for buyers, critical success factors of building electronic markets, determinants for buyers to use electronic markets, and the impacts of these electronic market systems for buyers. This study could provide some suggestions and implications to managers and researchers for further related subjects.
