     筆者於從事教育工作以來,向以生命教育為主要關懷,其間無論是針對學院內之青年學子,抑或成人教育之社會人士,發現無論在不同之年齡層、工作領域或學科領域,乃至性別差異中,其共同點皆投注於生命安頓之期許。兼之以當今環境中,人心於專業學習外,對生命意義、價值何在之追尋探索,亦成為共通之思惟課題。 而筆者主要之研究課題亦向以哲學、宗教,尤其佛學之探索為主,故而亟思如何從研究領域中粑梳、釐清可供面對處理生命安頓課題之內涵。筆者相信在心理諮商領域中,除心理學之思想系統,亦當能於哲學、佛法中找到諮商之背景思想,以提供人生哲學實踐之可能性。 故而本文之主軸便設定於人心不安現象、煩惱痛苦之分析,從而於典籍中尋究可供心索、參考之多元可能。 從現象與環境中分析造成不安之成因,從當代人突破困境之諸多解決途徑中探討是否皆足以達致安頓之目的,或期中可能造成更多不安之來源。從中發現,如試圖解決生命問題,卻將途徑投射或依附於他者、他力,即便得一時之安穩,亦無法徹底解決,因而提出自我覺察、處理、,乃至於自我治療之可能方向。 另外針對煩惱部分,則以佛法為契入點,因其關懷「人心」,且對煩惱之分析、解消、調伏、斷除有其獨特之討論,故而透過佛教典籍《成唯識論》、《瑜伽師地論》、《漏盡經》等佛教經典對煩惱予以分析,進而尋究斷除、調伏之法門,是否足堪當代人之參考對照。 佛法論煩惱非從外境對人心之干擾來,而強調煩惱起向內心,故而欲除煩惱,仍須從心念的改變與調整而言,如此方能對當代「人心不安穩,無法安頓」之課題,找到對應之機。
     Since I engaged in educating, the main care is the life education, no matter for young students in the college, or the social personage of adult education, I find no matter in the fields of different age level, job or the discipline domain, and even in different gender, its common ground all bets to settled down in the life. To explore about life meaning and value almost become the most important subject. And author's main subject for research is also the philosophy, religion, exploration of Buddhist thought especially, so I seek about how it support for settle down our mind and life. I believe in the field of consulting of the psychology, except that psychological thought system, also look on as the background thought that be able to find the source in the philosophy, Buddha dharms, etc. So the content of this text is established in the analysis of unsettled phenomenon, worried agony of heart, thus seek and study carefully the plural possibility that is suitable for considering, consulting in the Buddhist Sutras and records. Analyze from the phenomenon and environment that causes the anxiety origin cause of formation, whether it is all enough to reach the purpose to settle down the contemporary people while breaking through a great deal of settlement ways of the predicament, or may cause more anxiety sources among them. Find from it, such as attempting to solve the life problem, but throw the person who depends on otherness, even reduce some problem but can't solve it completely, maybe oneself is to best sovler in many aspects. For the 'kle'sa' part in addition, regard budha dharm a keypoint is because it show how to takecare our mind to away the passions. The main Buddhism ancient texts are "Discourse on the Theory of Consciousness only", "Discourse on the Stages of Concentration Practice", etc. Buddhism classics analyze vexation, and then seek and study carefully breaking except that, initial approach to become a Buddhist believer of adjusting the suffering days, it is the ample reference contrast of bearing contemporary people.
