This research was to probe into whether the adaptation ways of those excellent sport achievement students in the east area of Taiwan with different backgrounds were different, when they face persecutions during their school lives. To collect information by making reference to the relevant documents about school persecutions and adaptation and using the “questionnaire of excellent sport achievement students adaptations in school lives” as the tool, and choose 440 students in the east area of Taiwan with excellent sport achievements to be the research objects. The result of this research demonstrates as below: 1. The highest factor in the “questionnaire of excellent sport achievement students adaptations in school lives” was “engaged in other recreation activity first” (average=4.04), and the lowest one was “maltreat and make oneself sad by oneself” (average=1.93). 2. There were no significant differences for different sex distinction between “look for outside aids” and “come up against”; There were no significant differences for different grade among “look for outside aids”, “come up against” and “shift”; There were no obvious differences for joining different sport teams among “look for outside aids”, “come up against” and “evade”; There were no significant differences for students have excellent achievements in different sport for all the live adaptation factors. 3. Female show higher score than male in the “shrink back” and “evade” factors; Freshmen show higher score than sophomore in the “shrink back” and “evade” factors; Joining two or more sport teams show higher score that joining one or none sport team in the “shrink back” factor. 4. The suggestion is to examine the suitability of this measuring form by doing follow-up study, and also examine all the excellent sport achievement students. After understand their adaptations in school lives, we can probe into the situations of insufficient help and bad adaptations, and then plan the counseling method for excellent sport performance student.
