本文首先探討恐怖主義之定義與其之發展，並歸常整理各黃專家學者對恐怖主義類型分析。論述我國國境安全管理之概況，及全球對抗恐怖主義之萬主要之策略與方法。最後提出我國國境安全管理上之三項反恐之措施，即〈1〉組織結構與反恐功能的整合方面，〈2〉反恐法制方面的配套措施，〈3〉反恐策略方面的五項實務之作為。

This article studies the definition of terrorism and its development. The author then discusses the typologies of the terrorism, the border security management of our nation, and the main approaches of anti-terrorism of various nations. Finally, this author concludes three ways of dealing with the terrorism.
