The objective of this study is to study the differences of physical fitness status among all five department of the evening session of Hsing Wu Junior College of Commerce. That is a comparison of the health-related physical fitness differences among students who are with regularity in exercise habits and those who do not have regular exercise habits. At the same time it is also a comparison of physical fitness status of students among departments. This study will provide reference to all physical education teachers on campus for their teaching and training programs. There is a total of 300 female participants in this standardized health-related physical fitness test (average age is 20.87±1.70 years old, average height is 159±5.16cm, average weight is 52.62±8.93kgs) The findings after statistic analysis are as follows: 1. The female students. body mass index and the ratio of waist and hip-line are within ideal condition, however, their muscle tandems, muscle tolerance, explosive power and cardiopulmory-tolerance, etc. which of health daptability needs to be improved. 2. The student with regular exercise habits achieved better results in body mass index and hip-lind than those without exercise habits. But the value of F test was insignificant (P >.05). According to the past two years, those who exercise regularly are better in performance of explosive power (P < .05) therefore, regularity of exercise habits is helpful in training of explosive power. 3. Among all female students of five department, the physical fitness condition of Banking & Insurance Dept ane the best. The wonst capable are students of Accounting Dept. All students had significantly reached standard (P <.05) in differentiation of body mass index, muscle-tolerance and cardiopulmonary tolwrance. however, ratio of waist and hip-line, muscle –tenderness and explosive power are significantly below standard (P >.05). Through physical training lessons can help students to develop regular exercise habits, which will be able to improve the health-related physical fitness of evening school female students.
