The third subproject of the project of General Education for Premium Global Citizen is to develop and establish the assessment criteria and the questionnaire for evaluation. In order to develop the assessment criteria, literature review was priority in the first year. With the other five subprojects findings and literature review in the first year, eleven assessment criteria were established during the second year, meanwhile, based on the assessment criteria, the questionnaire for evaluation was also developed. Empirical data shows that the reliability of Cronbach’s α and the content validity of the questionnaire were reasonable high. In the third year, according to the empirical data, the eleven assessment criteria were combined to nine’s. They are: the ability and the meaning of living, AM; self-understanding, SU; interpersonal relationship, IR; proactive and lifelong learning, PL; infinite thoughts, IT; information integration, II; familiar and exploring environment, FE; democracy and ethics, DE; and globalization, G. During the fourth year, the research team gave the questionnaire to the students who were taken the General Education courses. The results showed that the courses’ objects matching the nine assessment criteria to some degree. This subproject of the project of General Education for the Premium Global Citizen has been established the assessment criteria and developed the questionnaire to evaluate the General Education courses. In order to fulfill the General Education goals, the courses might cover more board and prospective contents for the premium global citizens.
