This study aimed to investigate r A questionnaire titled “The Role Conflicts among junior high school physical education teachers with administrative position in Tainan” was distributed to 89 junior high school physical education teachers with Administrative position in Taiwan. Sixty-one (68.53%) valid questionnaires were returned. Statistical analysis of the data revealed the following findings: 1. The current condition of role conflicts among junior high school physical education teachers with administractive position in Tainan is rated “intermediate-high”. 2. Female junior high school physical education teachers with administrative position have higher perception of “teaching role conflicts” and “administrative role conflicts”. 3. Unmarried junior high school physical education teachers with administrative position have higher perception of “teaching role conflicts”, “professional role conflicts” and “social role conflicts”. 4. Junior high school physical education teachers with administrative position with different educations will not influence their perception of role conflicts. 5. Younger junior high school physical education teachers with administrative position have higher perception of role conflicts.
