本研究為瞭解國企業面對跨文化差異,如何提昇知識移轉績效之全貌,乃建立以兩岸文化差異知為預測變數、控制機制和知識移轉方式為干擾變數、知識移轉績為準則變數之研究架構。同時選擇赴大陸投資之臺商企業加以問卷調查,共回收有效問卷126家(回收率10.36%),且採用典型相關分析予以驗證,其所得結果為善用投入、行為與產出之控制機制,以及人對檔案與人對人交流之知識移轉方式 ,不僅帶來知識轉績效提昇之主效果,而且化解母國與地主國之間的兩岸文化差距,對知識移轉績效之提昇具有交互效果。
In order to understand the overall picture of transitional enterprises facing cross-strait culture distance how to upgrade the performance of knowledge transfer, this paper will set up a research framework based on the cross-strait culture distance as independent variables, control mechanisms, and methods of knowledge transfer as moderator variables and the performance of knowledge transfer as dependent variables. Simultaneously, Taiwanese enterprises in Mainland China will be sampling and 126 efficient samples have been collected (response rate 10.36%). Canonical correlation analysis is practicing for verifying each hypothesis. The result comes that taking advantage of input, behavior and output control mechanisms and of the knowledge transfer mechanisms such as the person-to-file or person-to-person interaction not only brings out the main effect of reinforcing the performance of knowledge transfer but also promotes its cross effect by means of reconciling the cross-strait culture distance between the home and host countries.
