本文在探討少年保護管束之意義、原則、重要性與現況，並就國內當前執行少年保護管束之問題，分就執行者、實際執行人員、協助執行者與保護管束執行方式各點，逐項加以分析討論。並就立法與實務上產生之問題，分別提出修法與改進之建議與具體措施，盼能藉此提出提升保護管束效能之積極建言，改善現有之缺失，以落實少年事件處理法設立保護管束制度之美意，真正協助觸法或虞犯少年，積極向上、改過遷善。

This article is probing into the conception and importance of juvenile probation, the development, meaning, principles and current situation of juvenile probation. And to discuss the problems of juvenile probation issue by issue including: court, administer, administration and other related topics. The effort wish to identify these disadvantages and difficulties of current juvenile probation system and try to provide some active suggestions for juvenile practice and legislation. The author analyses the current system of juvenile probation that must be improve soon in the future at the same time, hope to contribute to reader focus on the benefit of juvenile in justice system.
