本研究透過問卷調查,探討已引進行動商務之房屋仲介業者,其在執行過程中,所強調重視的服務項目,並以服務品質與行動價值鏈為基礎,發展出「可靠性」、「有形性」、「反應性」、「保證性」、「同理心」、「顧客」、「內容提供者」、「行動入口網站」、「行動網路提供者」九大構面,共37個題項。再透過因素分析,研究結果發現:以服務品質與價值鏈的角度,房屋仲介業者在發展行動商務的成永鶬銦A應包含「系統安全與個人化服務」、「承諾與關懷顧客」、「交易支援」、「專業與多樣化服務」、以及「具備完善的基礎服務」等五項主要因素
This study discusses the service items emphasized by real estate agencies with questionnaires who have introduced operation mobilization when mobilizing, it is based on the service quality and value chain theory to develop nine concepts: reliability, tangibles, responsibility, assurance, empathy, customer, content providers, mobile portal providers and mobile network provider. And there are 37 questions. Through factor analysis, the results are that the key successful factors (KSFs) of operation mobilization comprise “system security and personalized service”, promises and customer caring , transaction support, professional and diversified services and “perfect basic service” for the agencies of real estate.
