題名:某技術學院在職專班護理臨床教師教學滿意度之調查

本研究目的主要探討在職專班護理臨床教師教學滿意度。藉由問卷調查法收集中部某醫護技術學院護理系聘請護理臨床教師112名,以SPSS10.0軟體建檔分析,結果發現:教學的滿意度以「滿意」程度多,護理臨床教師之單位主管支持度以「滿意」程度多,單位主管支持度愈高,其教學滿意度愈高,影響因素為子女數,教學滿意度預測主要變項決定於工作單位主管支持度和工作單位。本研究建議運用護理臨床教師實習制度,加強產學合作,提供學生良好實習品質。
The purpose of this study was to understand the Clinical Practicum Instruction Satisfaction at an Institute of Health Science and Technology of the nursing preceptor. The data was to collected by questionnaires. One hundreds and twelve nursing preceptors Participated in this study. The results was analyzed by 「SPSS 10.0」 Computer soft-wave. The results were as followings: Nursing Preceptor: More feel “satisfactory” over clinical practicum instruction satisfaction . More feel “satisfactory” over unit superiors’ support. The higher unit superiors’ support, the higher teaching satisfaction . Factors of influence: those who have no children. The results of multiple regression show stat “unit superiors’ support”. “work unit” was the clinical practicum instruction satisfaction predictors. The results of this study would provide Nursing
