題名:領導力與執行力核心流程對企業績效影響之研究--以居家專賣零售店為例

本研究建立以領導力為自變數,涵蓋人員流程、策略流程及營運流程之核心流程為中介變數,企業績效為因變數之研究架構,並配合238份國內居家用品專賣員工有效問卷(回收率70.83%),應用LISREL驗證各研究假設。其結果發現企業之領導力對企業績效雖無顯著影響,然透過組織內適才適所與提供學習成長機會之優化人力資源流程配合,以及適時回應環境之調適與最佳資源配置之策略流程運用等中介變數,卻帶來企業營運績效與組織效能之提昇,是以建議企業經營者宜樹立積極創新的領導風格,落實行動至上主義之企業執行力核心流程,籍以帶動企業競爭力之增長。
This study will construct the research framework based on leadership as independent variables; the core process that includes human process, strategic process and operational process as mediators; and business performance as dependent variables. Meanwhile 238 efficient sample form the staff of the domestic home specificity store that sells the household appliances will be investigated (response rate 70.83%) and use LISREL to verify each hypothesis. Form the result it is found out that the leadership of business has less influence on the business performance. However, being superior in the human process like providing learning opportunities and placing the right person in the right position in the organization; implementing strategic processes like making timely responses to the surroundings and configuring the best resources can bring the best operational performance and organizational effectiveness. Therefore, it will suggest the business operators not only bring out active and creative leadership, but also set up the policy that action is the core process of execution to upgrade the competitiveness of business.
