本文主旨在於說明組織效能與組織學習的意涵和特色,並藉由文獻分析方法探討組織效能與組織學習兩者之間諸項重要關聯性。作者由「開放系統觀點的組織的意涵」、「效率與效能的取捨」、「組織文化與領導」,以及「評鑑的角色」四方面加以闡述並發現,組織效能與組織學習確有其特殊的關係,不論由組織內在文化和外部環境的因素,或者從管理階層與作業部門的互動情形加以觀察,都歷歷有其脈絡,組織效能與組織學習有時彼此因果關聯,有時相互影響造就,共同促進組織變革與發展。
