The purposes of the study were to survey the leadership behavior for the collegiate tennis coaches in Taiwan. Three hundred and fifty-eight tennis players and 5 top six coaches from division A and B who participated in the 2004 Collegiate Tennis Championship volunteers as subjects. The descriptive analysis, independent t-ratio, and one-way ANOVA were used to analyze the data. Three conclusions were found as follows: 1. Most common for the tennis coaches using was the rewarded behavior (RB), the least way was autocratic behavior (AB). 2. The AB was different among the groups, age, and the time of training for the collegiate tennis players. 3. Private school coaches had higher of the social support behavior (SB) than that of the public school (PS) indicating PS coach needs more concern in such behavior.
