　隨本文從可擴展標識語言作為資訊管理技術變革的角度分析入手，探討XML語言對資訊處理技術、資訊組織技術、內容管理和知識管理的價值和推動作用。在此基礎上進一步探討中文XML在數字典藏建設中的應用方案，並以中文NewsML標準應用為例，提出多媒體資訊海量定制系統構建的原理和方法。
After exploration of Chinese XML to information management, the paper tries to analysis the role of XML in information procedure, organization, content management and knowledge management. As a further research, the paper gives the basic project to the digital information resources based on the Chinese XML and the customizing method of mass multimedia information architecture.
