　　簡要介紹資料庫知識產權保護的必要性，粗略分析國內外資料庫知識產權法律保護現狀 側重分析支援與反對資料庫立法的兩種觀點，認為對資料庫進行法律保護具有必要性，同時對包括中國在內的發展中國家的資料庫法律保護原則提出一些見解。
Based on the introduction of the development history of the database copyright protection both in China and abroad, focused on the argument of the necessity of protection on database, the article analyzed the current situation of copyright on database and its near future trends, and got the conclusion that database copyright protection is necessary in China. Furthermore, the article proposed some ideas and basic principles in this field for those developing countries.
