本研究之目的是利用危害分析方法對武器器統進行安全評估。武器是具有高度的危險性的系統，因武器本身操作不當，發生的人員的傷亡卻時有所聞，近年國軍危安事件的頻傳，一個重要的因素事前未能有效的落實危機管理的工作，我們知道「安全重於一切」，本研究藉由各種危害因素的分析方法，落實「預防重於治療」的政策，提高武器系統操作時的人安與物安，充分發揮武器系統之功能。

The purpose of this study is utilizing hazard analysis to assess the weapon system. The weapons are highly dangerous system. The accident occurred often because the weapon operated improperly. The casualty happened frequently in recent years in military. It is an important factor for lack of crisis management in advance. We all know that “safety is first”. This study is in order to fulfill the policy of “prevention is better than cure” by hazard analysis. In order to bring the function of the weapon system into full play, we should improve the safety for operating weapon system.
