本文主要是以陸軍軍官學校達成「全人的軍事專業領導人才」的教育目標為出發點，並以能「滿足陸軍建軍需求」和「發展健全人格」為導向，以創新的思維將「通識為主、專業為輔」作為本校整體通識教育課程設計主軸，以多元化的顯在課程輔以豐富寬廣的潛在課程，配合軍事訓練、體能鍛鍊及武德陶鑄，建構完整全人的大學教育，厚植學生專業知識及爾後深造潛能，並奠定未來終身學習的基礎。希望藉由此文介紹陸軍軍官學校如何將全人教育理念融入通識課程設計中，以培養具有全球化觀點的軍事專業領導人才為未來的教學願景，使陸軍軍官學校的全人教育更臻完善。

Here in we focus on the goal of CMA for preparing holistic military talents and introduce the situation and the vision in the future for general education. Besides, targeting on training to meet practical need, the curriculum design is guided by the principle of wholesome character development and is mainly based on general knowledge and supplemented by professional knowledge. By introducing how CMA combine the concept of training holistic military talents and the curriculum design of general education to cultivate the professional military with global view, we are looking forward to getting the comments from scholars in the field of general education to make the general education of CMA become much perfect.
