Purpose: The population of clients with visual impaired is increasing. The best welfare for visual impaired clients is to get the jobs. The purpose of this study is to assess the vocational interests of clients with visual impaired in order to identify their work attitude and find the appropriate jobs. Method: There were 30 clients with visual impaired from an association for visual impaired in this study. The average age of the participants is 22.57 (SD=4.51). Results: All participants completed the career decision making revised (CDM-R) in this study. The first five job values results of all participants in this study were job security, creativity, working with people, good salary and variety-diversion. Conclusion: The results of this study can help clients with visual impaired to increase self-awareness and identify their job values. In addition, we should carry out the Physically and Mentally Disabled Citizens Protection Act and increase the employment chance of clients with visual impaired in order to help them to develop their vocational plans.
