The purpose of this study was to investigate perceived coach’s leadership behavior and player’s degree of satisfaction in participation. 386 B division collegiate table tennis athletes were used in the study. Description statistic, independence specimen t test, ANOVA and Scheff’s method were used to analyze the results. The research results were as follow: 1. The priority of perception of the athletes to coach’s leadership during training were guidance, training positive feedback, caring behavior, and democratic behavior. 2. The priority of degree of satisfaction of the table tennis athletes in participation were interpersonal relationship, coaching behavior, performance results, individual progress and training environment. 3. Differing training years and tournament experiences of the athletes showed different perception on the coach leadership, but there were no gender difference. 4. There is a difference in the degree of satisfaction of the athletes in gender and tournament experiences, but no differences in individual training years.
