The purpose of this case report was to, through the psychotherapy process, present and explore in depth the thinking connection and interactive mode of human relationship of a sexual and domestic violence victim with PTSD. It allowed the subject to understand her own inside world, learn new thinking approach and interactive mode with outside world, and further relief emotional and interactive disturbance. At the subject's age of 24, she was sexual assaulted by a male who just started dating with her. However, she forgave him in the first trial out of her virgin complex of sticking to man and became his girl friend. Afterward, they both had violence to each other. The subject found out each time when she had violent behavior to her boyfriend, she got emotion released (the abuser constitute strongman complex). After the sexual assaulted, the subject has significant personality changed. Through the psychotherapy process, it showed the subject's factors of the adjustment of PTSD included of lingering to violence (mixture of love and hate, expecting abuse but still afraid of being hurt) and replacing threatening negative emotion of higher intensity (fear) to less intensive negative emotion (such as resent, anxiety, depression, etc)
