Management of Kaohsiung Hsien Gang Shan Hospital has been taken over by Show Chwan Hospital in ChangHwa since 2000. Kaohsiung Hsien Gang Shan Hospital becomes first hospital privatization of Hsien-operated in Taiwan. This paper explores related topic of hospital privatization as well as medical service quality via literatures review, then, integrating collection data and case study of hospital document. Research purposes are to construct the model of medical service quality for customer satisfaction. The dimensions of model include integrated physical environment and integrated service quality. Via questionnaire survey and statistical analysis, the paper wills discussion patient’s quality satisfaction of medical service quality. Statistical approaches use data base demonstration, one-way ANOVA and Z test to explore the differences between physical environment and service quality. Research conclusion can be a reference for improving service quality to the management of hospital privatization. Hospital privatization is just only the process and methodology. True purposes of hospital privatization are to upgrade medical service quality. Patient’s viewpoint regarding promotion service quality does not lie in improvement of physical hospital environment, but in concerning how hospitals provide the services of medical process. Medical process services include what personnel’s service attitude to get medicine and how hospitals manage complaints from patients.
