本研究主要是在探討南臺灣私立幼稚園老師的家人互動關係是否影響其團隊合作信念與其態度的改變?根據訪談內容,研究者以KJ法進行資料的分析和整理,大多數老師的回答顯示如果老師與家人有良性的互動,將會影響其團隊合作信念與其態度。若能幫助老師們積極面對矛盾和衝突,家人的支持和關心是不可忽略的,因爲這與老師們的團隊合作觀念和態度是有著密不可分的因素存在。在關心我們孩子的教育環境之前,更需要了解老師們的困難之處,以同理心視同家中成員,給予鼓勵、支持和關懷。在良性的循環裏,老師們將會更盡心盡力扮演好模範的角色,展現優質的傳承,受益於孩子們的身心學習。
The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between family relationship and kindergarten teachers' collaboration and attitude. Does this relationship affect kindergarten teachers' collaboration and attitude. The researcher used KJ method to analyze the data in this study. Most teachers demonstrate that family interaction will influence teachers' collaboration and the attitude. Kindergarten teachers will have positive attitude in coping with their conflict at work if they have good relationship with family. At school, the principal needs to concern about teachers and their family. And thus, teachers will be good role at their job as possible as they can. Children can also grow and learn in the environment with humor and love.
