題名:加盟體系關係品質與組織間公民行為之研究--結構化觀點

在網絡的基礎上,透過規則與資源的結構化程序,探究加盟者與加盟總部的互動關係,及對加盟體系的關係品質之影響,並瞭解其促進加盟者對加盟體系的公民行為表現,而該行為乃展現於組織間合作關係中,且有助於加盟體系的管理與發展。透過SEM進行驗證,結果顯示:(1)結構化程序中的解釋性架構、便利手段及規範皆會正向影響加盟者對加盟總部的信任。其中便利手段亦會正向影響加盟者對加盟事業的滿意度(2)在組織間公民行為方面,可信任度、承諾及滿意皆會正向影響其對加盟總部的組織忠誠,而公民道德僅受到承諾與滿意的影響,協助行為也僅受到可信任度的影響。
