亞理斯多德對政體的劃分，優劣的判定，幸福目標達成的可能性，作為政體主要屬性的財產可以說是一個關鍵性的因素。本文的研究即是在探討亞理斯多德的財產思想與其對政體劃分的關聯性。分析重點是就其在重視財產分配情形的社會結構下所推演出理想政體的型式，希望藉此能對亞理斯多德的政體劃分原理有更正確與深入的認識。
To Aristotle, the property is the essential attribute of dividing the polity form. The property is a key factor of judging the quality of polity form.This thesis analyses the property thought of Aristotle and relation which he divide to the polity form.
