She-Zi, the flood bar area in Taipei City, is middle bar between Tamsui River and Keelung River. Most of past academic researches on the land ownership of She-Zi believe it belonged to MaoShaoWeng Village (one of Ketagalan tribes in Taiwan Pingpu ethic groups) in the past. However, we would find the location of She-Zi in the old map also has been called “Lung-Tong-Zhou”. Obviously, Pourompon Village, another one of Ketagalan tribes in the south Taipei, also owned part of She-Zi area. Utilizing old maps, antique contract documents and local toponym research, this paper adopts methods of historical and geographical research to analyze which Village owns early land ownership of She-Zi sandbank.
