The purpose of this study was to examine hotel employees’ perception toward job satisfaction. Total 300 questionnaires were administered, and 229 effective questionnaires were collected from three major hotel employees. The response rate was 76.33%. The data analyze mainly used the description statistics, factor analysis, reliability analysis, t-test and One-Way analysis. The results of the study showed: (a) Female employees; the age of 21-30; the junior college or university education level; unmarried respondents; salary NTD20,001~40,000; and service staffs consisted the largest population. (b) There were five dimensions retrieved from the results of factor analysis: interpersonal relationship, job achievements, job environment and superintendent. (c) Significant differences were found in gender toward job satisfaction. No significant difference reported among age, marital status, level of education, income, and duty grade toward job satisfaction.
