題名:逆境商數對工作滿意與生活滿意之影響:海峽兩岸之學生與IC設計工程師之比較

現代人在日常生活以及工作職場中,難免遇到不順遂的狀況,有的人可以在面對挫折時,再接再厲,有的人卻拋不開沮喪的情緒,不願積極面對。本研究採用美國心理學家Stoltz所提出的「逆境商數」理論,用以測量一個人面對逆境時,承受困難、克服障礙的能力。本研究針對中國與台灣的兩所大學內學生以及一家台資企業的兩岸IC工程師作為研究對象,期望瞭解兩岸的學生與工程師在面對逆境時,有何異同。此外,本研究亦關心海峽兩岸的學生他們對生活品質的認知如何。兩岸工程師的工作品質如何、工作是否滿意。簡言之,逆境商數對工作滿意與生活滿意之影響亦是本研究的主題。研究成果發現大陸籍IC工程師,相對比台灣的同背景群組,其生活滿意度較低,但是大陸工程師的逆境商數卻比較高。逆境商數對工作滿意與生活滿意的影響也有發現與討論。
