The purpose of this study was discussed the importance of the bowling specific training. Because of that so many exercise need the strength training to develop the specific strength, for this reason, strength is the foundation of the physical, skill and psychological. The bowling athletes would gain the strength, muscular endurance, coordination, flexibility, and balance ability from the weight training and to increase athlete's stability and self-confidence to promote their competitiveness and superiority. The conceptions of the specific bowling training in nation still not all-pervading and at present, we are remain stay in the release skill training. Therefore, how much benefits for the bowling athletes in the strength training is the purpose of this study wants to discuss.
