An efficiency leader is very important for the elementary school. We think that the principal can influence the teacher effectively through the principals' transformational leadership in the elementary schools. The principal use more transformational leadership behaviors can transform the teachers working attitude and improve their teaching quality. The purpose of this study was to survey the relationship between principals’ transformational leadership behavior and teachers' working attitude for the elementary schools. In addition, we also investigated the relationship for principals’ transformational leadership and teachers' working attitude, whether will be moderated by the factor of relation (LMX) between the principals and teachers. Data used to test the research model was obtained mainly from Yuan-Li and Tongsiao of Miaoshu county, Wpes and Ta-Chia of Taichung county. 237 useful responses were returned. The results partly supported the research model, and we also put forward the suggestion for the references of the elementary school principals, administrators in education.
