Abstract In this study, people in the innovation incubator want to add the ability to support their tenants by building support center. The managers need the professional information, resources, especially the majors who assume the office newly. The purpose of this study is to add the useful help to the managers by building the support center balcony. The methodology is questionnaire survey. We aim at the managers who work in the innovation incubator of Taichung to ask them what kind of information they would like to know. We use the Grey theory to analyze the data from the questionnaire and make them in order. To see what the important issues are. The result of this study is the people in the support center need to support four items first including “administration law and regulations”, ”business law and regulation”, print media law and regulation” and testing management knowledge on line”. If people in the support center have additional resource, they will aim other part to achieve it.
