觀光農業是農業與旅遊業結合產生的交叉型新興產業，90年代進入中國大陸迅速成長並被廣泛認定。觀光農業的發展拓展了農業生產的新功能，並有力助推了旅遊業的發展，因而得到旅遊開發、經營部門的高度重視。青島作為一個沿海開放城市，供需兩旺的市場態勢及優越的資源條件為發展觀光農業旅遊提供了良好的機遇。本文在研究青島觀光農業旅遊開發條件、開發現狀的基礎上，剖析存在的問題，進而提出開發思路進行相應的策略研究，以期解決實際問題，促進青島觀光農業旅遊可持續發展。

Agritourism was a new type of tourism emerging twenty years ago in the world .It was developed rapidly in China since 90s and was regarded by both tourists and the government. Qingdao was a famous opening seaside city with prosperous marketing and excellent resources which provide agritourism good opportunities. This paper analysed the development environment and present situation of Qingdao's agritourism and summarized some problems On the basis of the analysis, directions were given for its healthy sustainable development.
