This research evaluation indicates that the small-scale manufacturers with less capital have better performance in productivity and the project-participant manufacturers with more exhibition experience and less capital can achieve the same effect in short-term marketing performance. But the manufacturers with less capital, longer history and more employees can do better in terms of long-term marketing performance. Under the influences of type of innovation, compared with the previous experience, the technology transfer causes the eminent change in terms of production; the numbers of manufacturers participating in exhibitions also make great difference in its marketing performance. Under the influences of type of technology innovation, technology transfer performance in terms of production has eminent change in terms of marketing, but type of technology innovation is not nuisance variable on technology motivations and technology transfer performance.
