背景:有氧登階運動是目前一種相當受到歡迎的運動型態。它是利用不同的階梯高度與踏步速度,以及配合不同的運動技巧與裝備,例如:側向踏步、穿著重量背心、手持重物等做出原地上下階梯的動作。影響有氧登階運動表現的因素有:(1)階梯的高度;(2)踏步的速度和方向;(3)阻力的結合等。在運動中考量的變項不同,表現就會有所不同。目的:從生物力學的角度探討影響有氧登階運動表現的因素。方法:收集國內外有氧登階運動之相關文獻,以文獻回顧的方式加以探討。結語:當階梯高度愈高或運動頻率增加時,地面反作用力、下肢最大關節淨力矩值和最大關節淨功率值亦會隨之增加,因此可能會提高傷害發生的可能性。而結合阻力的有氧階梯運動能夠促進下肢肌肉力量與功率,但在負荷的重量對下肢肌群在運動生物力學上的影響還需要更多觀察。
