科技的快速發展決定了戰爭勝敗的速率,也縮短了過程的時間,換言之,科技改變了戰爭,未來戰備整備與作戰用兵仰賴科技益形重要。有鑑於此,研究以整合空間資訊處理的技術界面,運用衛星定位系統與地理資訊系統,透過雷射測距望遠鏡整合開發,藉以達到可視化不同圖層資料上的關係互動、空間分析及地形分析等效能之運用,驗證空間決策分析之作業模式,盼對國軍未來戰場指揮管制系統之整合及工兵數位化之發展,有所助益。
The fast development of technology has determined the speed of the war’s victory, and shortened the time of the war’s process. In other words, technology has changed the war. The setting of the military equipment and the detachment of the army in the future have depended on technology more. On the basis of this factor, we are going to do some researches to integrate the management of the space information, taking use of Global Position System and Geographical Information System, and through the integration and development of the Laser Locator Plus, we can get the interaction of some different visible charts, the application of the space analysis and geographical analysis, and check the mode of the space determination. We hope these changes will benefit the integration of the battlefield control system, and the digitalization of the engineering army.
