本研究之目的，在探討醫院志工參與動機類型與工作生活品質之關係。經以嘉義地區三家大型醫院做實證調查，研究發現：醫院志工參與動機類型之差異，與工作生活品質滿意度高低有密切關係，其中，「責任型」與「奉獻型」志工對「組織認同」的滿意度顯著高於「猶豫型」；「積極型」的志工，在「工作內容」與「人際關係」之滿意度也顯著高於「猶豫型」。

The purpose of this study is to exam the relationship between participation motivation and living quality of hospital volunteer. The objects are three hospitals in Chia-Yi county. The founding of this study are as follows. The motivation difference affects work satisfaction. The factors influence satisfaction due to responsibility, volition, organization commitment, ambivalence. Otherwise, active volunteers have significant satisfaction in working content and and relation context.
