臺北捷運軌道工程伴隨臺北都會區大眾捷運系統工程建設歷經約21年發展,其包含膠輪 及鋼輪兩種系統之軌道型式,除第一條通車之木柵中運量捷運線採膠輪車輛直接行駛於鋼 筋混凝土行駛路面,後為擴大營運服務範圍之內湖延伸線採膠輪/鋼製行駛路面/鋼筋混凝土 行駛路面系統,其餘高運量路線皆採鋼軌鋼輪設計,車輛行駛於鋼軌頂面系統。臺北捷運高 運量路線先後陸續完成有淡水、中和、新店、南港、板橋及土城線。現階段正進行中之路線 則有新莊線、蘆洲支線、南港東延段、信義線及松山線。在建造過程歷經各種問題與困難, 但在本局軌道團隊通力合作下,一一克服困難,本局為致力降低環境污染解決噪音和振動等 問題,在新莊/蘆洲線經分析規劃後,設計出浮動式道床,期望能根本解決噪音和振動之困 擾。 綜觀本局在軌道工程上之技術演進,每一路線於建造階段所使用之機具、材料及組件, 除有其相似性及延續性外,亦有自行開發之獨特性,以兼顧合約要求之施工精度與其作業之 便利性。本局在累積多年軌道工程成功經驗,秉持知識管理與永續發展理念,實有必要將這 些技術成果「智產」予以整理及傳承,整體軌道工程發展過程中,具有價值性或獨特性之軌 道元件、運輸機具、施工設備等實務經驗等作一探討,以落實本局提供乘客「安全」、「舒 適」、「便捷」之政策,在提供乘客享受高品質捷運系統之同時,也能讓捷運系統沿線居民 擁有舒適的居住環境,共創世界第一流的捷運系統。
Since the Taipei MRT project was launched in 1977, trackwork has been implemented for about 21 years. The trackwork is generally divided into two systems: one is a steel-wheeled system and the other a rubber-tyred system. Apart from the in-operation Muzha medium-capacity line which applies rubber-tyres running directly on steel and concrete surfaces and its extension, the Neihu line, which is set to come into operation soon and adopts rubber-tyred wheels running on steel or steel and concrete surfaces, the other Taipei MRT lines are all designed to use steel wheels running on steel rails. The Taipei MRT lines which have been completed include the Danshui, Xindian, Nangang/Banqiao, and Tucheng lines with a total of 241 kilometers (including depots) in length. Additionally, trackwork is being implemented on the Xinzhuang line, Luzhou line, Nangang eastern extension, Xinyi line, and Songshan line. During the construction process the trackwork team has been through many hardships that could only be overcome gradually and with great effort. In order to reduce environmental pollution and solve problems such as noise and vibration, DORTS performed thorough analysis and planning on the floating slab track design that was adopted on the Xinzhuang and Luzhou lines, in the hope of thoroughly working out the said issues. Taking a broad view of the evolution of Taipei MRT trackwork construction techniques, similarities, continuity, and the uniqueness of self-development exist in terms of the equipment, materials and components which are applied in the construction of each successive Taipei MRT line, so as to meet the requirements specified in the contract and facilitate improved implementation. After accumulating numerous successful experiences in trackwork, DORTS now requires the collection and transfer of technical achievements (so-called intellectual property) based on knowledge management and sustainable development concepts. In the process of its trackwork development, the practical experiences acquired during the construction and installation of rail components, transportation equipment, and construction facilities have their own value and unique characteristics, and will be further studied so as to implement DORTS' policies of "safety", "comfort" and "convenience". The Taipei MRT system, a world-class construction, not only aims to provide highquality public transportation for passengers, but also a comfortable living environment along MRT routes.
