因95年暑假到臺東大學向劉美珠老師學習身心學領域的相關課程，讓我發覺原來人生活在社會中受到環境、道德、規範的影響，常常把自己的身體（soma）給忽略、遺忘了，甚至是喪失了對身體的知覺和敏感度，然而在透過實作的課程之後，我重新去體驗和探索到身體每一部分的存在。因此，在透過實際操作的課程和閱讀過相關身心學的文獻之後，讓我發現「身體」的演變和觀點，是可從以下四個方向去探源和談論它：（一）身體在「東方」，討論傳統東方身心合一的思想和身體觀；（二）身體在「西方」，討論傳統西方身心二元的哲學思想；（三）身體在「現代」，談論身體受到西方的影響，身和心分裂更極端的對比；（四）身體在「未來」，經由對身體的反省和體悟，而產生對於未來身體的期待和預想。最終勾勒出「未來身體」的願景，期望每個人能重回到身體，著重在內在身體的感受及去經驗身體，強調身心內外的調和，以達到身心平衡的狀態。

During the year of 2006, I had a chance to learn from National Taitung University about Somatics with Dr. Liu. Suddently I realized that all people are affected by environment, moral issues and rules in our society and left our own body in corner even lost aesthesia and sensibility in most of our time. Went through with all the lessons, I reexperienced and rediscovered that every single part of my body does really exist. After personal participation and reading of the literatures of Somatics, I realized that “soma” should be discussed in following four points about its evolvement. First of all, soma in “eastern”, which discuss in eastern point of view of body and mind, is one's idea and soma in traditional ways. Second, soma in “western”, which discuss about traditional way of philosophy in body and mind, is dualism. Third, soma in “nowadays”, which discuss how western culture affects soma to make body and mind separate in radical distance. Finally, soma in “future”, which through one's reflection and realization about body to point out expectation and anticipation in future. In the end to outline out perspective of “future body” and hope everybody will return back to “soma”. Emphasizing from inner to feel and experience body and accentuating accordant inner and outer body to achieve balance of body and mind.
