隨著企業競爭愈來愈激烈、以及行動科技和行動裝置的發展與使用,行動商務應用快速地成長,企業有必要主動了解使用者決定使用行動商務的相關因素,才可幫助企業發展有效的策略來協助企業保留市場地位和競爭優勢。本研究著重於應用面的探討,研究的目地是在探討行動商務在供應鏈管理的應用上,根據所提的研究動機與目的,依據文獻整理歸納提出研究概念架構,藉由文獻探討及個案實證中瞭解行動商務在企業的運用現況。研究結果發現,個案M公司在導入行動商務後,相關人員使用行動裝置在其工作上,有助於工作效率、業績的提升。
Is increasingly intense along with the enterprise competition, as well as the mobile technology and mobile device and the running gear development and the use, the mobile commerce application fast grows. The enterprise has the necessity to understand on own initiative the user decided the use mobile commerce the correlation factor, only then may help the enterprise to develop the effective strategy to assist the enterprise to retain the market niche and the competitive advantage. This research is emphatically to the application discussion. The research goal is in the discussion mobile commerce in application of supply chain management. According to research motive and goal, based on the literature reorganization induction proposed the research concept construction. To understands the mobile commerce by in the literature discussion and the case empirical in enterprise's utilization present situation. The research finds that case M company after inducts the mobile commerce, the related personnel uses the running gear in its work, is helpful to the working efficiency, the achievement promotion.
