本文旨在探討現存臺瀢外籍配偶子女的教養問題，籍由國家統計資料的分析、文獻查證，以及文化背景的探討，發現現存臺灣外籍配偶子女教養主要問題可歸納出：外籍配偶環境適應與子女心智的發展；語言溝通障礙與子女學習機會；臺灣社會刻板印象與子女人際相處模式；婚姻形同買賣與子女成長環境；優生保健概念與潛在性子女發展遲緩的機率。此外，現行文獻對於父親及祖父母造成子女教養上的影響並無深入探討，因此，建議未來可以父親及祖父母為對象，對於外籍配偶小孩教養問題影響作深入之探討與呈現。

The purpose of this article is to confer the breeding problems of foreign spouses’ children in Taiwan. By way of analyzing national statistic data, literature review, and conferring culture background, discovering some breeding problems of foreign spouses’ children: foreign spouses’ environment adaption with children’s mental development; communicating obstacle with children’s learning opportunity; the pre-engage concept of foreign spouse with children’s growing environment; eugenic concept with the developed retardation rate of children. In addition, literatures do not deeply confer the effection of children’s breeding problems which caused by father and grandparent. Therefore, suggesting to make more confer and discuss about father and grandparent with the breeding problems of foreign spouses’ children.
