The purpose of this research is to examine Taekwondo contestants showing difficulty movement in competition and be able to score well. Further, the competition will go much more smooth. The researchers hope that the findings will be provided as a reference while Chinese Taipei Taekwondo Association and World Taekwondo Federation revise Taekwondo rules. The sample of this study was composed of Taekwondo coaches who have above C degree qualification. A total of 200 questionnaires were sent out and the valid questionnaires totaled 155 forms or a valid recovery rate of 78%. The data was analyzed through SPSS for Windows 12.0 software, including frequency, percent, and Chi-square test. The main results of the study are summarized as follows: 1. majority of testers think it is unreasonable regarding making a front attack and a turn attack movement mark the same points. 2. Regarding the scoring was unreasonable that did report a significant viewpoint from the coaches who used to serve as international match than the coaches who used to serve as national, county, and city match. 3. the reasonable scoring of difficulty movement: back kick, 360-degree, and jumping movements to blow the opponent's abdomen should mark two points; making a turn, 360-degree, and jumping movements to blow the opponent's head should mark three points.
