摘要 創業研究實為企業研究之重要領域,引起許多學者之關注。本研究主要目 的在於藉由動態能力觀點,來探討近10 年來的創業研究,進而論述其理論與 實務的價值。經由過去的研究發展,本研究推論動態能力之構成要素包含,市 場導向之感應能力、組織學習之吸收能力、社會網絡之關係能力與溝通協調之 整合能力等四項能力。在動態能力的理論基礎下,本研究提出五個有關創業管 理之研究命題。最後,本研究也提出有關於創業管理之未來研究方向與管理意 涵。
Abstract The field of entrepreneurship is recognized as being of fundamental importance for business research, and many researchers throughout the world have turned their attention to it. The Purpose of this paper is to consider the current status of entrepreneurship management in the light of developments over the last decade, and then to discuss the continuing value of the concept. In light of advancement, this paper aims to clarify the concept of dynamic capabilities, and then identify four component factors which are sensing capability, absorptive capacity, relationship capability and integrative capability. Drawing on the dynamic capabilities perspective, the study proposes five research propositions about entrepreneurship management. Finally, the study points out some suggestions for future research and managerial implications.
