由於物流中心角色日趨重要,而物流中心又必須面對環境的快速變化,及提出因應變化的解決之道。本研究以圖書物流中心為探討對象,分析物流中心處理流程,提出改善方案設計,利用模擬方法來分析物流中心系統,並舉實例說明物流中心在擴增產量時如何分析與決策,幫助物流中心視不同情況去選擇何種方案,以解決問題。
Due to distribution center important day by day, distribution center must to face the environment changed and propose the solution. This research focus book distribution center and analyze process to design project improving. We use simulation to analyze system corresponding to book distribution center, and use example to illustrate how to make decision when demand increasing. Distribution center can to solve problem by project evaluation.
